Marevia is a composite name with Latin roots, inspired by Canada’s national motto “A Mari Usque ad Mare” — meaning “From Sea to Sea.” The word “Mare” signifies sea, reflecting Canada’s vast geography, while “Via” means path.
Together, Marevia embodies the founder’s vision to provide quality construction claims services across Canada — a trusted path through complex challenges.

The Founder
The Founder
Ahmed Othman is an experienced Forensic Planner and Contract Specialist with extensive involvement in major infrastructure projects, building developments, airports, and rail systems. He has represented major contractors and clients, and has supported legal teams in establishing causation and quantum in complex construction claims.
With both international and local experience, Ahmed has the capability to assemble specialized consulting resources and advisers as required to meet each client’s needs.
A firm believer that “delayed justice is denied justice,” Ahmed approaches every engagement with clarity, honesty, and professionalism — ensuring his clients understand the merits of their case and the most effective strategy for resolving each claim or dispute.
